The out of country elections will hold throughout three days and there will be difference in timing among the countries, by starting with Northern Australia which the election started at 12:00 pm in 4-3-2010, in this month and by our decision will be successive in the rest countries till we reach America and Canada and the elections will start at 4:00 pm on Friday in 5-3-2010 by Baghdad timing or at 8:00 am in the two countries, and there is difference in timing in the states, he added.
Its mentioned that the out of country elections will hold in 16 countries and 119 electoral centers opened and distributed among the countries.
